I love getting great deals on yarn for my chunky blankets. However, recently I bought 12 skeins of yarn and the quality is not the same high quality. While I was connecting on with another skein it kept shredding away with a simple tug. I tried to exchange it, she stated they don’t take opened packages. If your quality isn’t up to par you should back your products. I hope my blanket holds up. The lady doing the transaction told me burning the ends would fix it. I told her I sew the ends, burning hasn’t worked for me. She said it’s not hard her 13 year old figured it out. That was a slick way to make me sound stupid. Turns out I wasn’t holding flame on yarn long enough. Thank you YouTube. In summary stand behind your product and that lady could be more effective by making helpful suggestions. I appreciate Amazon because they stand behind their products.

I love the fact that we have a Hobby lobby here in McAlester Oklahoma, but I was sadly disappointed when I went in there on two different occasions looking for some bone colored beads size 11 or 12s and all I can find are large seven and eight for some reason they’re not carrying the bone or they call it beige like beige beads looks like I’m gonna have to drive all the way to Tulsa or Shawnee, which is very disappointing , unfortunately I had to buy these pearl colored beads, which are not the color I need. I wish whoever is ordering the beads would get in the natural or light beige. They look like bone beads 11s or 12s would do perfect. Hoping Hobby lobby can fix this problem.
