I booked this hotel at the last second, (after refusing to stay at the Quality Inn down the street). The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and smelled nice. The lobby and entrance were very nice with luxurious up-to-date amenities. The rooms were clean, nice and big with new linens and sheets. The breakfast was excellent. Overall, an amazing experience, well worth the extra money!

PLUS: Recently remodeled, walk-in showers MINUS: Found a huge cricket in the original room and were offered some bug spray (we requested another room and moved); Honors Perks water bottle in the room was half full -- obviously enjoyed by someone else; water bottle prices for non-Honors guests were contradictory (marked as either $1 or $2.50) franchise owner decided not to provide shower gel and liquid hand soap; hotel staff is inexperienced

Very nice and clean hotel in general rooms are really nice. I'm not going to say the beds are bad but they could sleep a little more comfortable.

We loved having the family visit for indoor swimming and the hot tub. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of options both hot and cold. We had to pay a $75.00 non-refundable pet deposit but it was nice to have our maltipoo with us. We will definitely stay here again next time we come see the grand babies. Oh and the staff are helpful and hospitable.

It doesn't seem like the floors in the room was cleaned. I had to keep washing my feet and seeing dirt come off. There were also shoe prints in the bathroom when I first entered. Just felt like a public restroom floor. Top floor was very humid even if the weather outside was dry. My allergies were constantly going off when inside my room. Parking can be difficult, especially when you have multiple oversized trucks and semi's using it. It's towards the end of the service road section for the town so you can't drive to any of the neighboring restaurants. I had to loop around north to get access to chili's and braums. Otherwise the tops of counters and tables were clean. The is one of the quieter Hampton Inn's in the US. They also serve cookies in the afternoon.
