This place is disgusting! Pictures online show its updated and remodeled. Must be old pictures. The halls and stair wells were filthy. Floors were not swept or vacuumed. The bedspread was stained and had cigarette burns on both beds. The desk was coming apart. The chair disgustingly stained. There was stains on the walls and ceilings that appeared to be blood!! The list goes on. We immediately went to the front desk requesting a refund. Was told to call customer service. So we did. They told us to speak to the man at the desk. After a run around we were told customer service was closed and we could call back later. So disgusting room, no refund to rebook elsewhere, and nobody seems to know who their customers are to speak to about the situation. I'm including updated pictures from our room.

Very clean room. Extremely nice and very helpful staff, not just the person behind the counter, cleaning and maintenance personnel as well. Access to most stores and food establishments within a reasonable distance.
