sarah oleyWe had a great experience at Chili’s! Jamie was our waitress, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Our drinks stayed full, our food came out just right, and she checked on us the perfect amount without being overbearing. Great customer service can really make a meal enjoyable, and Jamie did exactly that. We will definitely be back and hope to have her as our waitress again!

Medasin DI had a burger. It was... mediocre. I was expecting savory, I got bland, was not worth the price. Probably won't order that again. The street corn was really tasty though.

Lindsay JacobsonMcAlester Chili’s needs to know they have an absolute star in Brittany. She absolutely killed it for me tonight and made a girl feel comfortable the second I walked in. Traveling for work can be tough sometimes, especially when you’re away from home during your hockey team’s playoff run and the NFL Draft. Brittany turned my game on, moved it to the big center TV, got the sound on, and kept checking in to make sure I was taken care of the entire time. That kind of service cannot be taught. It comes from someone who genuinely cares and takes pride in what they do. She turned a normal dinner stop into one of the best experiences I’ve had while traveling. As a Minnesota girl living in Tennessee and working here in Oklahoma, I have to say this was the perfect mix of Minnesota Nice, Tennessee charm, and true Oklahoma hospitality. McAlester Chili’s, recognize Brittany. She is the reason customers come back. I know I will absolutely be back next trip because of her.

Brittany's SkinnerMy server Jamie was very detail oriented. Made sure our order was correct and hot. Our food was great. She was the greatest server I’ve ever had. She answered all my questions I had and didn’t seem annoyed with all my kids. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I’d give her 50

Amy BrooksMy Husband and I visited Chili's in McAllister on Saturday. The food was delicious.We ate cheese sticks and the chicken nachos. We also had 2 really nice young Ladies that waited on us. This was a very nice experience for us on Saturday. We will definitely be back!
