The rooms on floor 4 are nice and renovated. The only thing not new was the toilet seat which was a little dingy, not a huge problem. I’m my opinion the rooms are overpriced for the location but they are very clean and the staff is nice. I would love to see more healthy options are breakfast.

When I first walked in I was greeted with excellence energy my rooms and stuff were already prepared they also rolled out the red carpet for us I would highly recommend them in the future and we'll visit again

Mcalester is laid out funny, so coming from the south, getting to the hotel is cumbersome. From the north, easy easy! Great check in, very friendly, room is great!

The accommodations were all good, especially the walk-in shower as my wife and I both have mobility issues. However, as some senior folks often have mobility issues and the main issue being to lift their legs into a bed, could you somehow add a nice recliner to the room. My wife could not get up into the bed even with my help and spent the night trying to sleep sitting upright on the sofa, resulting in not a comfortable night for her at all either time we stayed here (4/20/2026 and 4/30/2026) A power recliner would be GREAT, but any good quality recliner would be a good addition. You could remove the sofa as the seat is too low and hard, and therefore hard to get up from. Just the comments from two senior citizens and thank you for reading our suggestions. We under stand the McAlester location is due a room upgrade in a few months so we hope there is still time to consider this change. Lastly, we like this location as it about halfway between our home in south Texas and where my wife's mom lives in Warrenton, Missouri and we like to split the trip into two days. Again, thanks for reading our comments.
