Welcomed at front desk and front desk agent got the luggage cart for me. She took it to the car and offered to assist with luggage. Room very comfortable. Beds not so high I couldn't get in without a step ladder. LOL.

Hotel is economically priced so you defined what you pay for. The location is hard to find as it’s behind a shopping center with limited signage for the hotel. Seems to be more for out of town short term workers.

Stayed there 1 night. Loby was clean and appealing. Opened the door to our room and everything looked just like the pictures on the website. Towels were clean, big and soft. Bed was firm and comfortable and looked like someone in the military made it expecting an inspection from their commanding officer. There was a desk and chair to work at as well as a chair and ottoman to put your feet up and relax. They have a fridge that actually keeps things cold. They provide soap, shampoo and conditioner as well as a cloth to remove women's makeup. We did research and looked at reviews before deciding to check out this hotel. We stay in town periodically and have stayed at other hotels in the past which is why we were doing research. Other hotels that we have stay in in the past left us sceptical about where we stay and discovered that the others are far inferior to this hotel especially for the price you pay. I would classify this hotel at the same level as Hampton. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay at
