Jason TruppWe got the executive suite, which upon intitial appearance looked fantastic. The bed was hard but comfortable. The shower head was loose in the wall and the shower wouldn't drain. The toilet was so short it was difficult to use and even harder to get up from. The couch was wonderfully cushy but there was no ottoman which kept it from being very relaxing. The good appearance, however, were obscured by the large young man in the blue hoodie working the front desk. He decided to rag on new management while multiple people were in the lobby checking out and getting coffee. While he admitted the hotel had room for improvement (I would agree), he was convinced they were "good enough" and seemed resistant to any changes desired by the new manager. He was talking loudly enough to be easily heard so he intended for his attitude to spread. My recommendation to the management, get rid of the door stop working at the front desk and get a team all pulling in the same direction. And fix the shower in room 300.
