Victoria McKeannThey have came to my home 2 times to pick up something. I don’t know what. I have NEVER did any business with Aaron’s. I called the first time they left a door hanger & told them. Well guess who showed up today. Right, Aaron’s . How can they be so dumb. Do they not understand English????

Michael RobertsI’m only giving the store a 3 star rating due to my most recent experience. Up until now they have been great. I purchased a sectional online several months ago, I returned it because of it not being a high back, when we reclined the ends our heads were above the head rests. So I picked out a used reclining Sofa and Loveseat to replace the Sectional. I went back in to see about getting a new recliner and talk to them about returning the Sofa and Loveseat, I was told I could only get a used chair because of my returns. Really? I’m returning a used set, not a new one! I have 2 other leases that will be going back to them when the payments come due! Who would of thought?
