James repaired the stone in my ring and reattached the chain of my necklace where it had broken. The craftsmanship was excellent, and I was truly impressed by their generosity. The store’s environment was beautiful, with a lovely setup and a wide selection of gorgeous jewelry at very reasonable prices. Amanda KetchumWiley took over the care/completion of my custom engagement/wedding ring after Chris S. closed shop. He has provided ten star service with his team and I am so appreciative. He provides repairs, cleanings, checks the stones for safety haha, and I love going in there! We end up talking forever! RIP to sweet Beverly that I always enjoyed seeing!
